Executive Director
Uptown Knauer Performing Arts Center welcomed Heather as Director of Programming in October 2023, and in June 2024 she was appointed Executive Director. Since stepping into the role, Heather and her team have increased organizational revenue by more than $500,000, cultivated impactful strategic partnerships, expanded accessible arts programming initiatives, and achieved an overall audience growth increase of 16%.
Rise Up Theatrics
In 2018, Heather and her husband, Daniel, founded Rise Up Theatrics LLC, a full-service theatrical consulting and production support company dedicated to helping organizations bring their artistic visions to life. Rise Up provides a wide range of services, including full production management, technical direction and support, lighting/scenic/costume design, educational programming, casting, and more. From middle school productions to professional regional ballet companies, Rise Up partners with clients of all sizes to provide creative, flexible, and high-quality support tailored to any level of production and budget.
Ember Arts Partners
Ember Arts Partners serves as the strategy, consulting, and implementation arm of Rise Up Theatrics, helping arts organizations and creative businesses build sustainable systems for long-term growth. Ember specializes in strategic planning, organizational infrastructure, operational systems, fractional, and intensive “90-Day Reset” initiatives designed to help organizations refocus, streamline operations, and move forward with clarity and momentum. Through customized consulting and hands-on implementation, Ember partners with clients to strengthen both their mission and day-to-day operations.
Revival Productions-Co-Founder & Board Member Emeritus
Revival Productions is a nonprofit performing arts and educational organization dedicated to creating high-quality theatrical experiences while fostering artistic growth and community connection. The mission of Revival Productions is to provide the Chester County area with excellent, professional, and affordable live entertainment and arts education. Founded by Heather and Daniel in 2017, Revival Productions produces theatrical performances, educational programming, camps, workshops, and collaborative arts initiatives designed to make the performing arts accessible, engaging, and impactful for artists and audiences of all ages. Through a commitment to creativity, mentorship, and community partnership, Revival seeks to cultivate meaningful artistic experiences both on and off the stage.
Chester County School of the Arts
Chester County School of the Arts is the multidisciplinary performing arts education program of Revival Productions dedicated to inspiring creativity, confidence, and artistic excellence in students of all ages and experience levels. Through classes, productions, workshops, and conservatory-style training opportunities, the school provides accessible, high-quality arts education in theatre, music, dance, and technical theatre. Rooted in a mission of fostering both artistic and personal growth, Chester County School of the Arts creates a supportive and collaborative environment where students are empowered to develop their skills, discover their voice, and build meaningful connections through the arts.
